Dr. Chris & Michelle Grimbilas have been married over 30 years. They have five adult children, all of whom have trusted Christ as Saviour, along with several grandchildren. They have worked together in the ministry since 1995 and understand the balance required for the miraculous mix of marriage and ministry.

Dr. Chris Grimbilas was saved in June of 1984. He had already graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ with a degree in Commerce and Computer Science. In 1988, Dr. Grimbilas surrendered to full time ministry. He and Michelle left for college with their (at the time) two children. He has served as bus director, youth leader, and Bible college teacher. Most of his ministry has been in church planting. During that time, he continued his education, receiving his Master’s Degree in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Counseling, and later, his Doctorate in Theology. Over the years of ministry, as he has traveled across the country, Dr. Grimbilas became extremely burdened about the number of pastors who were leaving the ministry due to challenges in their marriages. It was this burden that, after counsel and discussion with other men of God across the country, led to the founding of Always & Forever Ministries. Dr. Grimbilas is also currently the pastor of the exciting New Life Baptist Church in Jay Maine and the director of CMG4Life Publications.

Michelle Grimbilas accepted Jesus Christ as personal Saviour at the age of 8. After completing a year of college at Boston University, she left to get married to Dr. Grimbilas. They attended Bible college together and Mrs. Grimbilas would graduate with a degree in Religious Education. Alongside her husband she served as a bus captain, taught young ladies, home-schooled her children, been a Christian school teacher and taught in the public school system special education department. She has spoken in several areas at home schooling conferences and taught ladies classes in Bible college. She continued her education at Grand Canyon University where she receive a second Bachelor’s degree, this time in Special Education and later her Master’s degree in Autism Education. Today, she consults with the local public school system on their Special Education program as well as leading the ladies ministry and serving as the pastor’s wife at New Life Baptist Church. Mrs. Grimbilas shares the tremendous burden her husband has for the marriages in the ministry and counts it all joy to be a blessing to pastor’s wives. She is excited about Always & Forever Ministries

About the Ministry of Always & Forever

We do not take this calling lightly. We talked. We prayed. We sought counsel from men of God who have some idea of the challenges that are out there. We sought out Dr. Jim Binney, who has agreed to help us as we plan and continue to pray. The burden is real. Dr. David Gibbs told me he believes this ministry will explode because the need is so great. Another nationally known pastor said he gets as many as four calls a week from a pastor regarding his marriage. This is the backdrop behind Always and Forever.

The ministry is designed to give help and support to the marriage of the pastor and his wife. Ministry marriages are unique as they bring a completely unique set of dynamics to the relationship. The stress level is higher. The challenges are more. The temptations are more pronounced. Consider this. All the church members go to the pastor. Who does the pastor go to? To whom can the pastor’s wife turn? By God’s grace, with His power, and His mercy, the pastor and his wife can turn to Always and Forever.

Are we qualified? Is anyone who deals with these challenges? If we felt qualified, we ought to exclude ourselves. “Take heed, lest ye fall.” Are we willing to be used of God? Yes. It is for this reason that our program is based on Scripture, not on worldly methodology. It is the Lord who can help you, build you, and bless you. Our program is designed to determine where your hurts lie, and then nudge you toward the things that the Lord offers in His Word to heal and help your specific hurts.

If we can be a blessing to your marriage, please head over to our contact page and drop us a note. It would be our privilege to help you.
